Reporting to the Early Learning & Childcare Centre Manager, these positions are responsible for providing a safe and healthy physical environment and for creating a learning environment that meets the needs of young children. As an active team member within the centre, you will demonstrate superior program management skills and maintain good communication with parents, and will abide by childcare regulations mandated by Childcare Services to ensure the license is maintained.

The incumbent is responsible for the ongoing operation and evaluation of TTC Diversion/Peacemaker process. The Diversion/Peacemaker Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and fulfilling the obligations set out in the Peacemaker Diversion Project Contribution Agreements including organizing diversion of required and ensuring diversion procedures are complied with as required. It is critical that the Diversion/Peacemaker Program Coordinator ensures all diversion dispositions are properly monitored. The incumbent is an instrumental key to the smooth operation of the diversion process and the point of entry to the diversion process, will initiate the process upon referral, provide support to and act as liaison for and between clans when required, and oversee administrative matters.
