Reporting to the Executive Manager, this position: provides reception duties for all TTC Departments to maintain effective and efficient communications with the public and TTC membership; picks-up, logs and codes incoming correspondence; distributes outgoing mail, provides Word processing and other daily duties. The position is also responsible for providing other general assistance to the department, as and when required.
