Brooks Brook

Brooks Brook, located 10 km southeast of Johnsons Crossing on the Alaska Highway, offers modern event facilities located on a remote 20 acres, beautifully set on Teslin Lake. Traditionally a summer gathering place for Teslin Tlingit people, Brooks Brook is now the chosen site for Teslin Tlingit Council’s Annual General Assembly each July. Highlights of events hosted at Brooks Brook include the Caring for the Land Initiative and the Administration of Justice Signing Ceremony and Feast.

The facilities at Brooks Brook underwent extensive renovations in 2011, and are now equipped for year-round use. Brooks Brook offers an ideal location for large-scale retreats and events, and is available for rent by external organizations.
